An entire expansion of the exterior social area was carried out next to the kitchen, which was also 100% changed.
The main objective was to generate a large area where you could enjoy, under a gallery, both winter and summer. Where the client placed emphasis on designing and building a boutique grill where every millimeter was designed for his hobby. A great table for the whole family and a living space. We recover and remodel the pool area and its entire garden.
A typical house in the northern area of the province of Buenos Aires. Materials such as stone and wood were repeated in every corner of the house. Radical changes had to be made, bringing its spaces to today's use and comforts.
To maintain the horizontality of the house, and take advantage of the views it had, the railings were changed to transparent glass. That gesture made its essence stand out more, its materials and originals stand out. The color black predominated in all its facades, also carrying that color into the interior of the house.
