Wood, the main material in the living-dining room, provides a warmth that elegantly contrasts with the neutral tones of the kitchen and living room. In the search for a unified aesthetic, accents in black tones were used in key elements such as lighting fixtures, chairs, table and living room coverings, providing a unique and sophisticated personality to the space.
The terrace, which is discovered through the fluidity of the balcony and where the cement staircase blends in with the rest of the building, is a small oasis in the middle of the city. This space is designed for different uses and allows you to make the most of all the views.
Located on the top floor of a modern building in the Villa Urquiza neighborhood, this brand new apartment stands out for its innovative design that seeks to integrate kitchen, dining room and living room. The careful selection of materials creates a fluid, dynamic and horizontal environment, directing the views towards the outside.
Under a glass pergola with sliding awnings, the large island becomes the center of gathering and enjoyment. It is the perfect place to sit down to enjoy a meal and end up relaxing under the sky.
