LUGONES
PROJECT: Single-family home
TASK: Architecture and interior design
SURFACE AREA: 70 M2
LOCATION: Belgrano - CABA
YEAR: 2021

The custom-designed dressing room combines elegance and functionality with light natural wood and lacquered surfaces, achieving a harmonious contrast. The exposed concrete ceiling adds an industrial touch and spaciousness to the space. Strategic lighting highlights every corner and material, creating a cozy atmosphere. Every element, from cabinets to shelves, is carefully arranged to maximize storage and organization.
The master bedroom follows the same design line, also using light natural wood for the furniture and the exposed concrete ceiling. Due to its small size, a custom piece of furniture was designed at the head of the bed, maximizing the use of the available space. This piece of furniture not only fulfills the storage function, but also provides a decorative element that enriches the aesthetics of the space.

Designed for a young family, the architecture and interior design project unified the social areas, integrating the kitchen-dining room, a bar area, and the living area into a large multifunctional space. A large volume of wood and dekton surrounds the kitchen to one side and works as a TV cabinet towards the living room. This design resource seeks a spatial integration of functions without losing a certain possibility of visually hiding one from the other. Lighting plays a fundamental role, from circles of light that accentuate the living and relaxation area.
The combination of materials and the intelligent arrangement of furniture create a cozy and functional atmosphere. The light wood adds warmth and softness, while the exposed concrete provides a contemporary and robust touch. This balance of elements ensures that, despite the compact size of the bedroom, the space feels open and well utilized, providing the client with a personal and comfortable refuge.
