Within its great amplitude, an integral piece of furniture was designed that unifies the TV space and the dining room with a common language. The place was designed to be functional and able to comfortably accommodate a large number of people, with the flexibility of generating different spaces for each occasion that arises. Another important premise was the integration of the sound system, allowing you to enjoy music and audio from any part of the apartment through a comprehensive system.
In the kitchen, a full kitchen was designed with a central island and a round table to facilitate fluid interaction between occupants. Functional furniture and predominant light colors throughout the kitchen highlight the dining area. Emphasis was placed on the use of resistant, modern and warm materials to complete the space harmoniously.
The apartment is located in the Belgrano R neighborhood and I participated from the beginning of its construction. The main objective of this project was to conceive the home as a hotel, where functionality and aesthetics combine to create a cozy space that invites you to enjoy every sector. The warmth of the environment is designed to make the stay pleasant and comfortable at all times.
Each environment was custom designed, meeting all the premises of functionality and warmth. The result is a home that not only meets high aesthetic and functional standards, but also offers a welcoming environment that is adaptable to the needs of its inhabitants.
